Organizations in all industries are increasingly addressing the need for Software Security Assurance. The following is a set of outlines for four role-based e-Learning courses to provide a knowledge baseline of software security assurance and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (S-SDLC) core concepts. Each course was designed with the aim of providing those directly involved with the development of software programs the knowledge and ability to begin integrating secure development concepts within their existing development processes.

Target Learners:

Introduction to S-SDLC is constructed into four discreet courses that cover the roles of: application developers, project managers, architects, quality assurance teams, systems and database administrators.

  • The major OWASP issues and key security principles
  • How to set security goals and controls
